Scott Hamilton J.D., M.B.A - Managing Partner
Mr. Hamilton has enjoyed a progressive consulting and management energy industry career with over 35 years of significant experience coordinating abstract business environments, managing, and developing improvement strategies for on-going operations, employee staffing, developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive business operating models, negotiating, and facilitating large-scale commodity and construction contracts and maintaining customer relationships through effective communications and objective reasoning. In addition to numerous energy related roles, Mr. Hamilton is a former gubernatorial appointed commissioner for the state of Missouri’s Environmental Improvement and Energy Resources Authority (EIERA), which is responsible for providing environmental solutions through finance, research, and technical assistance. Further, Mr. Hamilton has served as the agency director of the State of Arkansas’ Energy Office.
TOM E. NEEDHAM, PE ENGINEER
Mr. Needham has over 50 years of experience on State and Public energy projects as a designer, project manager, construction manager, and overall management of engineering firms. Tom has not only worked as an engineer but also as a building owner for the County and a program manager on multiple projects with multiple stakeholders.
Shanara Brown - Operations
With a heavy emphasis on accuracy, detail, and timeliness, Mrs. Brown’s more than 15 years’ experience in office and finance management leads to the outcome that our clients expect. A former account specialist with Chicago’s Goldstone Financial Group, Mrs. Brown managed the engagement of brokerage accounts to ensure the seamless integration into the organization’s managed account portfolio.
Barrett Hatches, PH.D
Dr. Barrett Hatches is an accomplished senior executive with over 35 years of experience in management, including extensive work in both the healthcare and energy sectors. He is a high-energy, high-integrity leader, scholar, and consensus builder with a passion for developing organizational excellence and a history of success in administrative and financial leadership.
Within the energy sector, Dr. Hatches has provided visionary leadership as President/ CEO of four Gas and/or Electric Companies. He served as President/CEO of Northern Indiana Public Service Company, while also serving as CEO of Northern Indiana Fuel and Light Company, and Kokomo Gas and Fuel Company, in Indiana. He was President/CEO of ENSTAR Natural Gas in Anchorage, AK, and served in senior management positions at SEMCO Energy, and Western Resources Gas Service Division. Dr. Hatches created and provided energy facilities and management services.
JASON R. C. NEEDHAM, PE, LEED AP ENGINEER
Mr. Needham has over 29 years of experience in public and energy projects. He has completed energy audits, facility assessments, and energy upgrades in over 2,500 buildings totaling over 80,000,000 sqft in 22 States over the past 25 years and is a recognized leader in mechanical engineering, energy upgrades, project management, design, sustainability, and construction administration .
